Enquiry form details: when you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), details about your dog (if you choose to share them), and the message you send.
Anonymous analytics: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics records anonymised information about how you use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We use this to understand which pages are useful. We do not link this to your name, email or anything that identifies you personally.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange treatment for your dog.
To keep records of treatment so we can give your dog continuous, safe care.
To improve the website by understanding what people find useful.

Our legal basis

We process your enquiry information on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a request you have made) and where applicable consent (which you give by ticking the consent box on the enquiry form). Analytics processing relies on your consent, given via the cookie banner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with anyone other than the services we directly use to run the site and the business:

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as we are working with you, and for a reasonable period after (up to two years) in case you return. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Ask us to delete your data (right to erasure).
