Who we are

A bespoke approach to canine rehabilitation.

We know it isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to therapy for dogs. We work to create a programme that suits the unique needs of each patient, and we’re always training, learning new skills and seeking to further our education so that we can offer the best possible treatments.

We work closely with vets and physiotherapists to obtain expert assessment of your dog’s condition, and we keep owners involved in every step. As dog owners ourselves, we understand the desire for the health and fitness of your dog.

Stacey, founder of Well Dog Hydrotherapy
About Stacey

Years of experience, a lifetime of dogs.

Stacey is the owner, founder and lead therapist of Well Dog Hydrotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre. Level 4 Qualified and bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in canine rehabilitation, her journey into hydrotherapy began when her own dog developed significant mobility issues, leading her to explore effective, non-invasive rehabilitation options and ultimately shape the centre you see today.

Now an established and trusted facility, Well Dog Hydro is known for its high standards, tailored approach, and commitment to doing things properly. Stacey is a fully qualified and registered canine hydrotherapist, as well as a qualified Canine Myotherapist and a Trigger Point Release Specialist, allowing her to combine hydrotherapy with targeted hands-on techniques to support mobility, reduce discomfort, and improve overall function and quality of life.

Every dog is treated as an individual, with carefully structured sessions based on their specific needs whether that is post-operative recovery, mobility support, weight management, or maintaining fitness.

“Every dog walks in with a story. My job is to listen, watch, and help them write the next chapter feeling stronger.”

What owners say

The stories that keep us going.

★★★★★

“My 14 year old dog started experiencing issues with her legs and the vets could only prescribe medicine. I tried Well Dog Hydrotherapy and it has completely changed her life. She runs on walks again, no longer needs medicine, doesn't fall over and she is so much happier. Stacey and the girls have worked so hard to bring my dog back to health.”

Toyah & Tia Myotherapy
★★★★★

“Carlie has been a great help to both my boys. Rogue has been suffering with age-related arthritis and Snoop has neurological problems that affect his balance. The treatment has taken place at our home where the boys are comfortable and calm and Carlie has been very understanding throughout.”

Michala Banks Physiotherapy
★★★★★

“Marshall suffered a ligament injury causing him to need a toe amputation. He had sessions with Carlie post-op. Carlie was great with Marshall making sure he was relaxed throughout, he was much better following each treatment and using his leg more each time. I would highly recommend her for any canine physio needs.”
