Good to know
- Vet referral required. Don’t worry — we send the referral form to your vet on your behalf.
- 24-hour cancellation policy. If a session is missed without contacting us, the full session amount will be charged.
- Insurance claims. Most major UK insurers cover hydrotherapy when vet-referred. A £25 administration fee applies for processing claim paperwork.
- Parking. Free parking is available outside the centre.
